Seminar Leaders training
Health Practitioners who have been trained in seminar may be forwarded to further develop their skills and train as seminar leaders. The Association of Psychosexual Nursing provides on-going support and training using Balint methods.
An essential part of being a seminar leader is continued on-going professional development and supervision. All Seminar Leaders continue to participate in supervision through attendance and participation in the leaders Balint seminar. "The task of the leaders group is to offer training in coaching and leadership skills" (Selby 2000)
